Good digitizing and support
I used Standard Punching for a Left Chest Digitizing order last month. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I just uploaded my logo and picked the service. Turnaround was quick, I got the digitized file back in about 2 days, which was faster than I expected. The DST file worked perfectly on my embroidery machine, no issues with thread breaks or stitch quality, which I've had with other services before. I did have a question about scaling the design for a smaller garment, so I contacted their support. They replied within a few hours and gave clear instructions. The quality of the stitch out was spot on. My only minor observation is that the confirmation email went to my spam folder, so I had to dig it out.
